Modern Weekly Briefing

Write for us

We welcome pitches about the choices and routines that shape a city commuter's week: clear, specific ideas that respect readers' time and leave room for different circumstances.

What to pitch

Propose one distinct subject within week planning, commutes, workdays, errands or downtime. A strong pitch names the reader's everyday question, the central idea you would explore and why the piece is useful without depending on statistics, professional credentials or first-hand product testing. Comparisons, explainers, habit pieces and occasion-based planning are welcome.

How to shape it

Keep the scope focused and the advice safe to act on without specialist help or local rules research. Explain trade-offs, avoid universal promises and make clear what is observation, opinion or verifiable fact. We do not seek recycled listicles, disguised advertising, unsupported claims or pitches that require readers to follow risky instructions.

Send a proposal

Use the Contact page to send a short pitch, a brief outline and a note about any relevant experience or interests. Please include any commercial connection to a product or service discussed. A proposal is not a commitment to publish, and we may edit accepted work for clarity, length and house style.

Our point of view

A week is a shape you can adjust

We look for small choices that make busy days easier to move through. A useful plan leaves room for real life, not just the calendar.
